Got something to say?

does the keypad on the samsung tocco ultra light up
Yes, keypad lights up with a nice white light. Looks great. The phone is of excellent build quality.
Yes the key pad lights up
It should be pointed out that, although the phone has a GPS receiver, it does not have any integrated mapping software. Samsung’s “Route 66″ application is not currently bundled with this phone in Ireland.
Naturally, it is possible to browse Google Maps, it will not integrate with the GPS.
For further information, call Samsung’s Irish helpdesk at 0818717100.
I just got my new samsung, and have to say was super excited about it… wrong!!! after only 5 days the phone is going back!
It has dissapointed me on many levels, hovewer the most important one must be the reception, or rather the lack of it!
Even if I have phone next to me and I’m trying to call it from my home phone it’s going straight though to the voicemail. You might think it’s due to the not so good quatlity of network in my house, that is not the case as previously been using Sony Ericsson and have to say that loved the phone and it’s dependability. As far as Samsng is concern there is non.
Love the look of it and how compact it is, love the little keyboard, but that is about it!
sorry!
would not recommend Samsung at all
im now on my samsung tocco ultra, and im still not impressed, the first one ran very slow, and the calender was wrong on the phone. i previously had the samsung g600, the i.net on that worked a lot quicker and so much for uploading pics to facebook i haven’t been able to do it once, or send an email! help?
on my samsung tocco ultra it wont let me call or recieve calls now it keeps coming up with check network access but how do i do that??
@Kasik
EXACTLY the same problem. Had a eriksson and it was fine on reception. Tocco is BAD. I’m lucky to get one bar!
It’s going back ASAP.
i have a samsung tocco ultra and i thought it was great when i had it and now i am starting to to get (emergency calls only) coming up near enough every time i try to phone someone having no signal is not good especailly when you know it isnt the reception its your phone. this is the 2nd samusung tocco ultra i have had now and its doing the same i have been told that i have got to send this one back and have a third one but this is no good i cannot use it when i need it i bet the 3rd one is going to do exactly the same i have always had samsung phones and i have never had any problems with any of them until i had this one which is really frustrating
