Philips 680 Triband Mobile Phone was announced in June 2006. This candy bar phone is available in three colours; Black, Orange and Red. This device comes with 2G network support, along with GSM 900/ 1800/ 1900 GSM bands. It also supports a 32-48 kbps GPRS and a mini USB cable. The browser of this device is of WAP 2.0 type.
Philips 680 mobile phone supports a 1.3 MP camera with video recording/playback and a built-in flash. The options for messaging are SMS and MMS. The entertainment section is adorned with Java facility and an MP3/MPEG4 player. This phone offers polyphonic ringtones with 64 channels along with MP3 tones. Vibration mode is also present in this device.
