Design
NEC e808 3G Mobile Phone is a clamshell handset with a clear screen of 162 x 132 pixels TFT supporting 65k colours. It comes with QWERTY keypad and 4-way navigation pad. The phone is a bit heavy with a weight of 200g and dimensions of (H) 105 x (W) 80 x (D) 23mm. It was launched in the year 2003 and is available in two colours – Black and Gold.
Messaging
The phone enables messaging via SMS and MMS and for internet browsing it is equipped with WAP browser. The phone comes with a memory of 64 MB. The standard Li-ion battery offers talk time of 2 hrs and standby time of 70 hrs. It provides connectivity via USB.
Camera
NEC E808 Camera Mobile Phone comes with an integrated digital camera with 2x digital zoom. It supports video record and playback. It also supports video calling. The organiser feature of the phone consists of calendar, alarm and clock. Currency converter and calculator are the applications available on the phone. The multimedia features include MPEG4 video playback, voice recorder, MIDI ring tones, polyphonic ring tones and video recorder. The address book can store up to 500 contacts.
Other attributes
The other features of this NEC e808 Mobile Phone includes integrated speakerphone, photo caller id, caller group profiling, ring tone caller id, caller line identifier and vibrating alert.
