The Torture House – A horrific mobile phone recording of adolescent bullying

An eighteen year old along with a gang of teenagers brutally beat up two 15 year old boys in a lonely building in Altrincham, Cheshire and recorded the attack in his mobile phone. The recording titled ‘The Torture House’ is a shocking display of brutality. Ricardo Poli of Greater Manchester and a group of kids allegedly tied up and stripped two boys waist down and kicked and punched them mindlessly. The incident was recorded in a mobile phone for Poli’s sadistic pleasure.

The teenage offenders then released the kids and fled the scene. Poli was arrested later on by the police after they came across the footage in his mobile phone. Barry Conway, Detective Constable of the Trafford Public Protection Investigations Unit said that the two victims were extremely frightened and that they did not have a clue as to how the barbarous attack was to end. He also expressed his shock over the incident and described Poli’s behaviour as “absolutely despicable”.

Poli pleaded guilty and is to serve separate detentions for various crimes committed right from two of that of false imprisonment in June last year.
