Spotify, the Swedish streaming music service is reported to submit an application to the Apple’s App store which is yet to be approved. If approved, the users can stream the music seamlessly via Spotify. Moreover Spotify helps the iPhone users to enjoy music even in the absence of network or internet connection. At present, all Apple users are relying on iTunes stores to enjoy their favourite numbers.

Users can stream music using Spotify via computers without paying any single penny; however they have to bear the occasional ads in between the tracks. These ads can be avoided by signing in a monthly subscription. It is also rumoured that Spotify is planning to provide this iPhone-Spotify service only to the premium users with £9.99 per month subscription.

Spotify Communication manager, Jim Butcher has revealed their eagerness to know if Apple will  let this “iTune Killer” join the App store.

Check out for the video demonstration of Spotify-iPhone application in YouTube.
