Sony Ericsson has officially unveiled Sony Ericsson Vivaz, a sequel to Sony Ericsson Satio in a detailed press release on its website on 21st January. It will hit the stores in the first quarter of 2010. This smartphone will work on Symbian S60 5th edition platform and is the official name of ‘Sony Ericsson Kurara’, which was rumoured much last year.
According to Sony Ericsson, with the launch of Sony Ericsson Vivaz mobile phone, the high quality HD video capturing and sharing features will be available to the common man on mobile phone platform, providing the users with a real-life video experience. Besides, it highlights the social networking features as well.
Sony Ericsson Vivaz mobile phone is said to support UMTS HSPA and quad band GSM networks, with EDGE and GPRS, making this mobile phone usable across Europe. It is said to feature 8.1 mega pixels camera, media player, bluetooth, Google search, speaker phone, FM radio, A-GPS and more. The screen size of Vivaz will be around 3.2 inches with a resolution of 640 X 360 pixels.
Furthermore, Sony Ericsson Vivaz will come with plenty of pre-loaded applications for Facebook, Google Maps, Twitter, You Tube, Wisepilot, Rally Master pro and so on. It will be available in Silver, Black, Blue and Ruby colours. No information on its price is available yet.
