LG Plans to roll out GT540 Swift, LG’s Second Android Smartphone

LG officially announced their second android mobile phone, LG GT540 Swift at CES 2010. This smartphone, which runs on Android 2.0 is designed for the first time android users. LG GT540 will serve the social networking maniacs more. It comes with dedicated settings for Twitter, Facebook and Bebo.
Other highlighted features of LG GT540 Swift include a 3 mega pixels camera, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It will have an integrated GPS that can work with Google mobile services such as Google maps, Gmail and so on. Furthermore, this smartphone is said to support DivX, WMV video files. It has 3.5mm jack and a memory that is expandable up to 32GB.
LG GT540 Android Smartphone will hit the stores in US this April, but its price and the carrier remains unknown. No much information is known on its availability in UK, but can be expected.
