LG GD910 Watch Phone to hit UK shelves On August 27

It has been reported that LG GD910 Watch phone will be availed for the users from August 27 2009. It was first unveiled in the Mobile World Congress held on February 2009. It is one of the most anticipated handsets in 2009; and is fondly called Bond Style phone by the LG fans. Orange is enjoying the monopoly of distributing LG watch phone in UK.

It is told that the watch phones will be available on the Orange Store in the Bond Street (London) initially. With only limited stocks available, it is expected to be one of the much sought after gadget among the gizmo geeks. A wider release of this watch phone is expected by mid-September. Orange personnel, Francois Mahieu said that LG watch phone is one among the future phones they are intending to bring to UK.

The handmade phone is expected to come with a £500 price tag. The features of LG Watch phone includes 1.4 inch touchscreen, VGA camera, voice recognition, text to speech function and on board music player.
