According to the list, Google Nexus One Android Phone will be a quad band GSM Phone with EDGE support. It will be equipped with a 1GHz ARM-based Cortex A8 processor and will have 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM memory. This memory could be expanded to 32GB using a microSD memory card.

Be ready to get stunned with the display of this mobile phone. It will be a 3.7 inches AMOLED screen with WVGA resolution. A 5MP camera with auto-focus is another specification available. LED flash and 2X digital zoom are also promised. There will be A-GPS facility to make this android phone usable for location search. Of more interest, the users can include location photos from the phone’s GPS receiver. Furthermore, bluetooth wireless technology, A2DP, Wi-Fi and HSDPA compatibility are also said to be featured in this Google Smartphone.

With the dimension of 119mm high, 59.8mm wide, 11.5mm deep and 130gm weight, Google Nexus is expected to be thinner and lighter than Apple iPhone.  There is an interesting news as well. It is said to be available only through the invitation-only scheme and could be out on January 5th 2010. Let us hope that the price tag will not burn our hands.
