The LG Cookie KP500 3MP Camera Mobile Phone is a touch screen mobile phone that is 13.9mm slim and is deemed by LG to be a touchscreen phone designed for those “who want to own a touchscreen phone without having to pay a premium price”. This sleek phone features a 3 inch touchscreen with a 240×400 pixel resolution and a built-in stylus. Furthermore, it also features a 3 megapixel camera, FM tuner, music player and an easy to use QWERTY keyboard. Though the Cookie KP500 does not have 3G, Wi-Fi or GPS, it does have quite a few options for texting. Along with the Qwerty keyboard, there is also a standard keyboard with predictive text and hand-writing recognition.
The camera of the LG Cookie KP500 Touchscreen Mobile Phone functions well in daylight and can also be used to take videos. The Photo viewer of the mobile phone is an interesting feature using which you can view photos by just brushing your finger across the screen. The mobile phone also lets you edit pictures, using which you can add text and effects to add more gloss to your photos. 48MB of memory is available and you can also include additional memory using the MicroSD card slot of the mobile phone. The touchscreen displays come on screen widgets that you can move around with your fingers.
The most notable feature of the KP500 Mobile Phone is easy navigation. It also has efficient user interface and decent audio quality. The mobile phone can also provide access to POP3 email formats. The music player is easy to use, thanks to the touchscreen, it just takes finger swipings to search for your favourite tracks. Also, the music player supports file formats such as MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA and RA and you can use Bluetooth for transferring tracks. The Cookie has a talktime of 3.5 hours and 350 hours of standby time. If you always wanted a touchscreen mobile phone at a fair price, the LG Cookie KP500 is the one for you.
