Motorola is known for their passion for innovation. From broadband communications to mobile devices, Motorola spreads the taste of future technologies in the world of communication. Their launch always had something to charm us, and perhaps that is why we awaited their releases at CES 2010 in LAS Vegas with much crave and anticipation.

Ready for the launch in Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia, Motorola Blackflip is a quad band GSM mobile phone. Even though similar to Motorola Droid in looks, it opens like a book instead of sliding up. There are more uniqueness in design. The QWERTY keypad is located on the back once you open. The trackpad that offers a smooth navigation through menu is located at the back of the display. Its touch-screen display measures 3.1 inches in size and has a HVGA resolution.

Motorola Blackflip runs on Android 1.5 and is upgradable to Android 2.1. This smartphone employs Motoblur software, which we have seen earlier in Motorola Cliq. Other highlights of this mobile phone include a 5 mega pixels camera, 2GB on-board memory (expandable up to 32GB), a 3.5mm jack and a HTML browser.

Besides this new Blackflip smartphone, Motorola unwrapped two touch-screen mobile phones as well. Dubbed as Motorola XT800 and Motorola MT710, these are meant for the Chinese market. Motorola XT800 runs on Google Android 2.1 and comes with a 3.7 inches display. It is integrated with a 5 mega pixels camera, GPS, a music player, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a speaker phone. The phone, which has a 550MHz processor can house two SIM cards and has an expandable memory. It also has Wi-Fi and A2DP bluetooth.

The MT710 too runs on Android and has similar features as that of XT800. Motorola MT710 comes with a stylus and employs a 5 mega pixels camera, an accelerometer, bluetooth, a music player, a speakerphone and a microSD card slot.

With Blackflip, XT800 and MT710, Motorola continue to exhibit their leadership in communication at CES 2010 arena. To add more spices, Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha announced that Motorola Cliq that runs on Android 1.5 will be soon updated to Android 2.0. Also, Motorola Droid will get Flash 10.1 for the web browser.

This limited edition mobile phone targets those who can afford a Luxury Phone. It  features a moon theme,  and has videos and media content from NASA.

The body of Motorola Aura is made up of 700+ nickel laminated Swiss bearings, has aluminium keypad and employs a textured, yet glossy stainless steel finish. It measures 47.60mm X 96.87mm X 18.55mm and weighs around 60cc. It has a circular 16M scratch resistant, colour display of size 1.55 inches, with a lens crafted from sapphire crystal. This mobile phone covers is quad band GSM band and hence, could be used with full functionality throughout Europe and Asia. It supports EDGE and GPRS for data services.

Motorola Aura GSM Phone has a 2 mega pixels camera with fixed focus to capture still images. It can shoot videos and play back files in WAV, H.264, H.263, AAC, eAAC, AAC+, MP3, WMA9 and WMA10 formats. Users can store music and video files in its 2GB memory. There is bluetooth and USB connectivity for transfer of files in and out of this camera phone. Motorola Aura supports text, multimedia and e-mail messages. The battery employed in it is 810mAh, which offers a continuous talk time of 7.3 hours and up to 400 hours of stand by time.

Overall, Motorola Aura 2MP Camera Mobile Phone has no highlighted specification, yet could be an apt choice for those, whose pursuit for luxury never ends. Price? Undoubtedly high. But you may find a  cheaper one online.

Motorola Moto Z10 3G Mobile Phone
