BlackBerry 8800 Mobile Phone is a new model from BlackBerry with blackberry-8800-mobile-phoneattractive features. This mobile phone has dimensions of 114 x 66 x 14mms and weight of 134grams.

The LCD display of this phone has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels supporting 65K colours. It has ain internal flash memory of 64MB and supports microSD cards for memory expansion. Its built-in speakerphone enables hands free calling. It has a 35 key Backlit QWERTY Keyboard that enables input of data into the phone for calling as well as sending messages. Trackball is yet another input option.

Some of the applications provided in the phone are Wireless email, Organiser, Multi-media player, corporate data access and GPS system. This mobile phone offers connectivity with Bluetooth and also provides compatibility with tethered modem as well as RIM modem enabling easy access to internet facilities. Messages are sent as SMS, MMS, instant messages and emails with attachments. The phone also supports email integration with Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Domino and Novell GroupWise. Web networks such as GPRS and EDGE can also be accessed through this phone.

Other features of this phone are Vibration alert, Personal organiser functions, MP3 ringtones, Voice dialling and Voice memo recorder. A headset jack is provided in the phone that is compatible with 3.5mm stereo headset. The phone also supports Quad band services.  BlackBerry 8800 MP3 Mobile Phone operates on a battery that offers 5 hours of talktime and 528 hours of standby time.
