The main disadvantage seems to be the limited range of reception for most of the mobile broadband.
Surpassing all the disadvantages, browsing the net over the mobile phone is fast becoming an everyday occurrence for many. Mobile phones probably seem to have come to dethrone the mighty PC. The day is not too far when all the PC-centric online activities would migrate to the mobile phones.
